All campers will have the opportunity to run each day, work hard, improve, make new friends, and have fun.
Camp highlights include:
- Outstanding running venue with excellent facilities
- Training under the country's best coaches and at least four Olympic Trials participants and 8 HS and NCAA All-Americans.
- Individual and group instruction
- Instructor/camper ratio 1:5
- Specific training programs for every skill level
- Excellent plyometrics and dynamic stretching sessions
- Event specific and speed building specialty programs
- Post-camp goal setting and training tools
- Teams which register 5 campers or more together receive a $35 discount
Top Things to Know
Ages: 14 - 17 or grades 9-12
Check-in (all campers): Sunday 9:30AM - 1:00PM (lunch is provided from 12:00PM-12:30PM)
Check-out (all campers): Friday 11:45AM-1:00PM (all campers must be off camp grounds by 1:00PM)
Dorm: Cabins, 8 - 12 campers per cabin
Roommates: Bunkmate requests honored
