Campers are grouped according to ability and conditioning. We run twice each day, a morning run of 2-5 miles, and an afternoon runs of 3-10 miles. We feature small running groups, each having its own counselor and running its own courses as assigned by Coach Furst.
Iroquois Springs Camp's dining hall serves meals cafeteria-style. Lunches feature a well-stocked salad bar. There is ample food for all.
Boys and girls are housed separately in modern summer camp cabins with electricity and hot showers. Campers are supervised 24 hours a day by adult counselors.
We swim in Iroquois Springs' swimming pool. We boat and canoe in Iroquois Springs' private lake.
